Cancellation Policy

At YahRa Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing excellent care and service. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Notice We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client in need of care. Non-Refundable Deposit All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your session. In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), the deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or shortened at the discretion of the provider, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. Missed Appointments No-shows and missed appointments without 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on future bookings. Multiple Session Package: 4 session packages and 6 session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable, nontransferable, and do not roll over.
